The second day of WYC in Lille have finnished, and what a fantastic event it is so far for Nordic Sport!
Unfortunally we a not on site, but so far we know that we have Gold and Silver medal in Girls Javelin.
Christin Hussong broke Championship Record with 59.74 meters throw and Sofi Flinck broke her Personal Best, set the new Junior Swedish Record and have the third best throw of all Swedish womens throws with fantastic 54.62m.
During the Girls Pole Vault qualifications we have set new records as well. Never in so many years Nordic Sport has dominated the Pole Vault qualifications as this year. It means we have a great poles.
Liz Parnov, Team Nordic member, did not jump until 3.90m, and made the hight in first try, which resultet in final spot!
Alissa Söderberg, also a Team Nordic member, cleared 3.85 in first try and qualifyed for a final.
Roberta Bruni, the young Italian record holder, qualifyed for the final too. All of the girls a using
Nordic Sport EVO poles. We hope fo Gold, Silver and Bronze medals on Saturday!
During the boys Octathlon javelin throw,
Nordic Sport Rapid javelin dominated the event with the most throws!
Jake Stein did 59.65m throw and secured Gold medal. Fredrick Ekholm the Silver medalist did also use Rapid javelin to secure his medal.
