We have sold javelin tips to the National Theatre. They were going to use them as sunbeams that actors could throw. We have also produced vaulting poles intended to be used as sailboat masts. Not to mention circus poles.

Regarding the relay batons, there seems to be no limit how people use them. Companies buy them to symbolize how they pass the tasks on to the younger generation.  One man bought a baton to keep it under his pillow?
