Nordic Sport has from the first of February 2010 recruited a new team member. In the role as a Key Account Manager, Jonas Eriksson will present himself in the following text.

From a small town to the capital city of Sweden, my road has been full of meetings, experiences and impressions. Today I sit in our (Nordic Sport) new premises at Döbelnsgatan with convictions that the coming period will be full of pleasant meetings, exciting experiences and lots of new impressions. 

My name is Jonas Eriksson and I am person with a great interest in what the world of Sports has to offer. The forthcoming Olympic Games in Vancouver is one of the highlight for me this year. My athletic career started in soccer, but came with the years to lean over more and more towards ice hockey. Ice hockey became my passion and I ended up representing two different teams in the second highest division (in Sweden) until the year 2007. During my last years as an athlete, I chose to study Sport Management at the University of Växjö. During and after my active ice hockey career, I also had time to work as a sells man and within marketing. 

Recent years I have worked with marketing, events and sales for the Volvo companies. In 2008/2009 I traveled around the world, represented the different business areas of Volvo within the Volvo Ocean Race. Before starting at Nordic Sport, I was responsible for Volvo Cars Demo Center in Sälen (Sweden), which has been a great challenge in a pleasant environment. 

Finally, I just want to emphasize how happy and excited I am to be a part of Nordic Sport. I am looking forward to an exciting future and I hope I get the chance to meet you soon.
